The Islamic Social Services Association and the University of Manitoba Centre for Human Rights Research are hosting a Free Public Forum on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Moot Courtroom at Robson Hall, Faculty of Law, 224 Dysart Road, University of Manitoba

Doors open at 6:15 p.m. with a coffee reception beginning at 6:30 p.m. Parking is free in Lot B directly behind Robson Hall.

Presenters include:
Karen Busby: a Professor at the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law and Academic Director of the University of Manitoba Centre for Human Rights Research.

Loraine Mackenzie Shepherd: a minister at Westworth United Church. She has a PhD in Feminist Theory and Theology, and teaches at various theological schools across Canada

Shahina Siddiqui: Founder and Executive Director of Islamic Social Services Association (ISSA) and Chair of Islamic History Month Canada (IMHC).
