Dear First Year and Second Year Students,

I am very pleased to advise you that BBC Chartering & Logistic GmbH & Co, KG is again interested in hiring a summer student this year.  Details and application information are provided below.

A number of Robson Hall students have enjoyed the opportunity to work with BBC Chartering during the summer.  According to student feedback, working for BBC was an “unparalleled opportunity for the right candidate”.  The primary location of work this year will be in Leer, Germany.  The Corporation also has operations in Houston, Texas.

This is a paid position.  Travel and accommodation expenses are also paid by BBC Chartering.

Mr. Ed Anderson, the Chief Legal Officer, just notified me of this opportunity today and he would like to review a short list of candidates immediately.  Please submit your cover letter, resume, and either official or unofficial transcripts to Kristen Fogg in the Career Development Office –  by e-mail at cdo@umanitoba.ca (preferred) or in hard copy at the General Office BY FRIDAY, JUNE 9, 2017 AT 4:30 P.M.

Please also note that “maritime law” is all the law related to shipping and carriage, not just the law of the seas!   Anyone interested in contract law should consider applying.
