Course number: LAW 2490
This course studies the nature and functions of modern inter vivos and testamentary trusts. The course will examine the creation of express, private trusts, charitable trusts, resulting trusts, and constructive trusts, as well as obligations of trustees in the administration of trusts, the rights of beneficiaries of trusts and remedies for breach of trust.
Evaluation: 2.5 hour final exam (closed book)
