Documentary Film Screening: Water Warriors @ Moot Courtroom

Water Warriors is the story of a New Brunswick community’s successful fight to protect their water from the oil and natural gas industry. Please learn more about the film here.

Orlando Da Silva – Fostering Support: Mental Health Among Lawyers @ Moot Courtroom B

Orlando Da Silva of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General will speak to students on March 1st at noon regarding Mental Health Among Lawyers.

Da Silva’s lecture will cover a variety of topics related to mental health including the prevalence of depression and anxiety in the legal profession and his own struggles with depression. Additionally, he will provide tools to help law students and lawyers maintain wellness.

The Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers Western Chapter of Robson Hall and the Robson Hall Diversity in Law Group invite Robson Hall students to a Lunar New Year Dim Sum Lunch!

Where: Kum Koon Garden, 257 King Street, Winnipeg, MB

Why: It’s a great opportunity to network and meet other current and future legal professionals and have some good food at the same time!
