Prior to joining the faculty of Robson Hall in January 2015, Guillaume held a bilingual judicial appointment with the Provincial Court of Manitoba as a Judicial Justice of the Peace (2011-2015). Guillaume earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Université de Saint-Boniface in 2004 (major was Political Science) followed by a Common-Law degree from the Université de Moncton in 2008. Guillaume has maintained an active practicing status with the Law Society of Manitoba since his Call to the Bar in June 2009.
Guillaume’s role at Robson Hall is to deliver a quality clinical legal education to students and develop initiatives that will improve access to justice in both official languages.
In addition, Guillaume participates in the selection process and coaching of Moot competitions, supervises bilingual students practicing family law at the Legal Help Centre in Winnipeg and is also an ‘’on-site co-supervisor’’ for our local chapter of Pro-Bono Students of Canada.
