Welcome to Robson Hall

Robson Hall, Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba, is best known for its sense of community between students, faculty, and alumni.  As the only law school in Manitoba, we take our mandate to produce excellent lawyers seriously. Classes with small student-to-professor ratios, our own state-of-the-art building, and numerous opportunities for students to work with practicing lawyers and judges are just a few things that make the Robson Hall law school experience special.

For over 100 years we have graduated excellent lawyers who are experts in all areas of law and who practice worldwide. We offer a J.D. program as well as a LL.M. degree. The J.D. degree offers a variety of courses on aboriginal legal issues, business law, or human rights.  These three areas of teaching and research are particularly germane to issues facing Manitoba, Canada, and the international community.
