CIAJ Christine Huglo Robertson Essay Prize for Law Students
Deadline: June 14, 2019
The Christine Huglo Robertson Essay Prize aims to engage law students in the work of CIAJ and to promote scholarship concerning the administration of justice. It was created in 2013 to honour  CIAJ’s Executive Director between 1992 and 2012. The winner will receive a stipend of $1,000 and be invited to CIAJ’s 44th Annual Conference to be held in Quebec City from October 16 to 18, 2019. The paper may also be presented on that occasion. CIAJ will provide the recipient with travel, accommodation and registration to the conference.

Prince Edward Island Law Society/Law Foundation & Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Daphne Dumont Student Scholarships
Deadline: July 31, 2019
The Law Society/Law Foundation of PEI offers three (3) $2000 scholarships and the CBA offers one Daphne Dumont Scholarship of $500 to applicants who are ordinarily resident in Prince Edward Island and enrolled as a full-time law student at an accredited University Law School for the upcoming academic year, has demonstrated need and scholastic achievement in the previous year of study. Donich Entrepreneurial Scholarship
Deadline: November 30, 2019
A $1,000 award will be presented to an undergraduate or law student distinguished by work experience and academic achievement. This award was established in 2018 and is intended to award students with proven employment and academic achievement.
