CARL Presents: Guest Speaker Dr. Khoday on Principles, Processes and Narratives in Refugee Law

Dr. Khoday’s talk will describe how to define a refugee, the different legal principles, credibility issues, and administrative and process issues that refugees encounter.
Dr. Khoday is a Professor at Robson Hall, teaching Criminal Law and Procedure, Immigration and Citizenship Law, and Refugee Law. He has done extensive research in criminal law and procedure, refugee law, public international law, and law and popular culture. We are excited to hear Dr. Khoday speak about themes in his Refugee Law class, and how they fit into the broader legal system.
