Kayla Tessier from the UM Student Counselling Centre is hosting a series of Wellness Wednesdays for Robson Hall community students.
Topics and dates are:
(1) Managing Stress on Wednesday, March 24th from 1-2pm
(2) Strategies for Managing Exam Anxiety on Wednesday, April 7th from 1-2pm
(3) Creating a Wellness Routine on Wednesday, April 28th from 1-2pm
